How does the hoisting cage work?

Preparation before 1. hoisting

A written technical disclosure shall be made to the operator about the structural form, structural size and single weight of the hoisting cage; certain measures shall be taken to the surrounding environment to eliminate all unfavorable factors affecting the hoisting; check whether the machine and personnel are in place, whether the driver and the crane have special operation certificates, and whether experienced personnel are responsible for commanding the hoisting. The commander and other operators shall communicate the contact information in advance during the hoisting process. The operator should operate according to the signal (whistle and gesture) of the commander. When the signal is not clear, the operator shall refuse to execute.

Due to the heavy weight of the hoisting cage, the hoisting adopts the double-machine lifting method. Before hoisting, the stress state of the hoisting cage must be analyzed and calculated to ensure that the crane meets the hoisting requirements. The hoisting equipment is equipped with a torque limiter and a height limiting device, and the safety factor of the wire rope is not less than the specification requirements. The reinforcement of the rope head must meet the specification requirements, and the hoisting equipment must obtain the safety inspection certificate, whether the equipment hook is in good condition to ensure the safety of lifting.

The hoisting cage is hoisted as a whole. One main crane and one auxiliary crane are used for hoisting the cage. After all preparations are completed (the hoisting cage is completed, all rigging is installed in place, and two main and auxiliary cranes are in place), the hoisting work can be started.

2. hoisting process

Before lifting: re-check whether the positions of lifting points, rigging and cranes meet the lifting requirements; check the surrounding conditions to see if there are other space obstacles affecting the lifting.

Hoisting: the hoisting cage of the project is hoisted by two machines and straightened in the air. When lifting, the center of the hook must coincide with the center of gravity of the lifting cage to ensure the balance of the lifting.

The hoisting of the hoisting cage is divided into six steps:

Step 1: command the main crane and auxiliary crane to move to the lifting position, and the crane shall install the lifting point shackle respectively.

Step 2: After checking the installation and force center of gravity of the two crane wire ropes, start horizontal lifting at the same time.

Step 3: After the hoisting cage is lifted to 0.3 m ~ 0.5 m above the ground, check whether the hoisting cage is stable, and then the master will lift the hook. According to the distance between the tail of the hoisting cage and the ground, command the auxiliary machine to match the hook at any time.

Step 4: After the hoisting cage is hoisted, the main hoist rotates to the left (or right), and the auxiliary hoist rotates to a suitable position to make the hoisting cage perpendicular to the ground.

Step 5: The crane removes the shackle of the auxiliary crane lifting point on the lifting cage, and then keeps away from the lifting operation range. The main crane begins to move smoothly into the trough section. Step 6: the main crane cage into the slot or with the lower lifting cage connection positioning.

3. lifting conditions

The underground continuous wall has 135 layers, and the hoisting cage shall be integrally formed and hoisted in two sections, each of which shall be connected by straight thread casing.
